CALI CALI CHIPOTLE HAM & CHEESE TOASTIE
Cali Cali Chipotle Salsa
2 Slices of Sourdough Bread
1 ½ Slices of Leftover Christmas Ham
50g Freshly Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese
¼ of a Small Red Onion
1 tbsp Cali Cali Chipotle Salsa
Coat one side of each slice of bread with a thin layer of butter (or alternatively coat with a 1 cal spray). Flip the slices over so the butter is facing down on the chopping board.
Spread the Cali Cali Chipotle Salsa on one slice.
Add the leftover Christmas ham slices on top of the salsa.
Layer the grated cheese on top of the ham. Dice the onion finely and add this on top of the cheese.
Add the second slice of bread on with the butter facing up.
Place in a non-stick pack on medium heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, carefully flip once well toasted and repeat.
