SRIRACHA CHICKEN STIR FRY
Cali Cali Sriracha Sauce
250g Brown Rice
2 chicken breast (diced)
½ courgette chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 small clove of garlic finely chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 tsp sesame oil for frying
1 tsp soya sauce
1 scallion finely chopped to garnish (only the green part)
Sea salt and ground pepper to season & sesame seeds to garnish
Low Cal Oil Spray
Heat sesame oil in a wok on high heat, add the onion and sautéed for a minute.
add the garlic and then the chicken, stir fry until the chicken is almost done, add the veggies and continue stir flying for about 2 to 3 mins, until the veggies are done but not over cooked.
Add the Cali cali sriracha sauce, soya sauce, salt and pepper and stir fry for just about a min, until everything is well combined.
Divide equally on two Cali cali pop a grains, garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds, enjoy!
