Cali Cali Gold Edition Ketchup
Cali Cali Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Cali Cali Cajun Salt
6 Large Maris Piper Potatoes
1 tbsp Cali Cali Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 tbsp Cali Cali Cajun Salt
3 tbsp Lakeshore Rapeseed Oil
Cali Cali Ketchup to serve!
Wash the potatoes and cut into chunky chips, leaving the skin on.
Soak the chips in water for a minimum of 30 minutes. Drain and dry thoroughly in a clean tea towel.
Place the chips into a dry bowl and add the Cali Cali Garlic & Herb Seasoning and Cali Cali Cajun salt.
Add the Lakeshore Rapeseed Oil and toss to coat the chips in the oil and seasoning
Spread the chips on a large lined baking tray. Lie them in a single layer with space between each to allow the air to circulate for the crispiest chips! Place in a preheated oven for 200C/180C fan for 35-50 minutes, turning once during that time.
When done, they should be golden brown and crispy. Enjoy with a side of Cali Cali Gold Edition Tomato Ketchup!
