Sriracha Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok on high heat, add the onion and sautéed for a minute.
  1. add the garlic and then the chicken, stir fry until the chicken is almost done, add the veggies and continue stir flying for about 2 to 3 mins, until the veggies are done but not over cooked. 
  2. Add the Cali cali sriracha sauce, soya sauce, salt and pepper and stir fry for just about a min, until everything is well combined. 
  3. Divide equally on two Cali cali pop a grains, garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds, enjoy! 


  • 2 Cali Cali Pop a grains (Corn, Onion or Wheat)
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Cali Cali Sriracha sauce 
  • 1 chicken breast chopped 
  • ½ courgette chopped 
  • 1 small onion chopped 
  • 1 small clove of garlic finely chopped 
  • 1 red pepper chopped 
  • 1 tsp sesame oil for frying 
  • 1 tsp soya sauce 
  • 1 scallion finely chopped to garnish (only the green part) 
  • Sea salt and ground pepper to season  & sesame seeds to garnish
